From the quarry, the route takes us into the mountains along a dry riverbed, with some moderate climbs that provide beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. On the way back, we pass the natural stone bridge (Puente de Piedra), a scenic highlight of the hike.
The walk finishes back in Maro, where there’s an option to enjoy a drink together and relax after the hike. This is a moderate route combining history, mountain scenery, and the charm of an Andalusian village.
