🏖️ During the summer period, we do not organize hikes. We usually resume at the beginning of September. Please note if you go by yourself, temperatures above ☀️ 25°C (77°F) make a hike more strenuous than usual. Read more about the risks here.

This beautiful hike starts near the village of Lobres. The only climb is right at the beginning, on a path that isn’t too difficult. From there, we gradually descend through the hills, passing avocado and orange plantations with wonderful views over the valley and surrounding mountains.

Eventually, we reach the Río Guadalfeo, which guides us back to our starting point. In several parts of the route, we’ll cross and walk through the river, so expect to get very wet. There are currently (2026) some works taking place in the river, but hopefully they won’t affect our route.

This route combines river scenery, agricultural landscapes and beautiful views into a varied and enjoyable hike. It’s a great opportunity to discover another beautiful corner of our region while enjoying a relaxed but adventurous day outdoors.
